“Got a message while on the way to the cabin about water damage but that everything was made safe and was ready for our stay. Next thing I know 15mins away from the cabin and I have a message saying reservation was canceled and here’s my refund. No explanation and I never said we wanted to cancel. I called the host, it went straight to voicemail and I left a message. I sent a message to the host also on the app and just never heard back. Terrible communication and had to contact customer service...
