“i left my belt bag in the room but they said that it was not there i’m 100% sure that i left it in the side table of my bed. i didn’t even use that belt bag out . when i called them . they didn’t even called me back when they said that they will check, so i have to call them again. then they said that the person who clean my room was off for 2 days . now i can’t even go and check the room because they said that the room was occupied. how can i get my belt bag in the room.? ”

“I stayed at this hotel for one night and noticed multiple bedbug bites the next morning after checking out. I reported the issue right away. The hotel’s response was to say they could not handle any refund directly and that I needed to go through Expedia. “L’alloggio in questo hotel non è mai avvenuto perché, una volta recatomi nella struttura per il check-in, alla reception mi hanno informato che la mia camera non era più disponibile in quanto l’hotel era in overbooking ed era già stata occupata da altri. Hanno cercato di assegnarmi presso alcuni hotel vicini (ne hanno chiamati solo 4) e l’unico che gli ha dato disponibilità e che mi hanno quindi proposto era un motel di categoria molto più inferiore mettendomi di fronte alla scelta se accettare...

“AVOID: Fleabag hotel. Dirty with reddish brown splatters on the walls. A previous guest’s plastic cup with whatever was in there dried up and left for me to find. Run down, stinks, and does not feel safe. Only here because all the other rooms in town were booked. If that happens to you, just sleep outside and save $300 a night. ”
