“We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.”

In front of the hotel there is a narrow road tha lead to a splendid view of the loch, and nearby there are place where to eat , a supermarket and atm. “L'Hotel è attaccato alla stazione centrale, in una zona ricca di negozi, pub, ristoranti e supermercati. C'è una fermata della metro a tre minuti, mentre la stazione di Queen Street è a solo dieci minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto la sensazione che fosse una zona poco sicura ma abbiamo preferito non rimanere fuori fino a tardi.
