“The receptionist accent was very hard to understand and they seemed annoyed with me the rest of my stay for not understanding them. There were no luggage lockers, so people had to sort through their things in the common area, no privacy coming out of the showers through the common area to get back to rooms. “Le zone pubbliche dell’hotel sono molto caotiche e piene di gente, sopratutto grandi gruppi organizzati. Questo comporta anche lunghe attese agli ascensori. Il personale dell’albergo spesso occupava gli ascensori con materiali ingombranti senza dare priorità agli ospiti. La camera è molto piccola e facevo fatica ad aprire la valigia, ma il letto è comodo e la stanza pulita. Il bagno era fornito solo di due asciugamani grandi e nessuno piccolo.”

“First of all the room size is amazing, it is quite spacious for the location. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We traveled with a toddler, and they helped us make our experience as comfortable as possible. The added benefit was breakfast. Being a vegetarian we did not have to struggle, we still had multiple options and cuisine to suit our taste and preference.
