Located in the heart of the historic village of Cerro, the attic is just steps from the lake, the small harbor, the beach, and the village’s restaurants and essential services, all easily reachable on foot, without the need to use a car.
The attic is accessed via a traditional independent external wooden staircase, rather steep, and is therefore not suitable for guests with mobility issues or for small children. This feature contributes to the intimate and secluded atmosphere of the space.
Equipped with air conditioning, the accommodation includes a dining area with kitchenette, fitted with table, refrigerator, sink, microwave oven and induction cooktop, a spacious double bedroom with open views over the lake and the surrounding mountains, and a bathroom with shower overlooking greenery.
The highlight of the attic is the large panoramic terrace, accessible from outside the house and furnished with a table for 4–6 people, umbrella and sun loungers. It is the perfect setting for slow breakfasts, relaxing moments or sunset aperitifs, with beautiful views over the lake, the village and the surrounding mountains.
The property is ideally located for visiting the Borromean Islands, the Santa Caterina Hermitage, the Rocca di Angera and the Sasso del Ferro cable car.
In about a 10-minute drive you can reach Laveno Mombello, where a wider selection of restaurants, bars, shops and services is available, as well as the ferry terminal connecting the two shores of Lake Maggiore, including car transport.
