“Das Haus ist zauberschön! Individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den See ein Traum! Die Terrasse wohl der schönste Platz am Luganer See. Der abgeschlossene und uneinsehbare Garten schön gestaltet und auch sehr praktisch mit unserem Labrador. Es war soo schön!”

L'accès et la préparation d'Alla Roccia était parfait. Un accueil soigné avec son plateau de produits. Nous avons pu disposer d'un très bon niveau de confort en terme d'équipements et de prestations. Nous avons apprécié la bonne literie pour des nuits reposantes et la grande baie vitrée...

“Die fast 200 Jahre alte Villa bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail und Kunstliebe eingerichtet, perfekte Küchenausstattung und wunderbarer Empfang durch Valentino. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist von allen Zimmern unschlagbar. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Man kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.”

“Ein schönes Ferienhaus in ausgezeichneter Lage. Von dort aus kann man sehr viel erkunden. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Nespresso und alles an Geschirr/ Besteck was man benötigt wird. Wünschenswert wäre es jedoch, wenn die Räume alle beheizt wären. Gerade Kinderzimmer, Dusche und Schlafzimmer ohne Heizung.”

Only issue was locating the property, be sure to follow the photo directions closely and be prepared to look back over your shoulder to see the last couple of landmarks. Make sure to note that you must have a car to get to this property, it is quite a ways up the hill from the water in a car is essential to get to and from town.”

“Beautiful property, comes as advertised. Stunning views of the lake with central Menaggio only 7 minute drive away. There is also a walking path down to town center. Amazing communication by management - always prompt and responsive. We needed a new set of knives and pasta fork and management brought it the next day. The pool got dirty after two days of heavy rains and they cleaned it the next day. Would definitely book another property with them! This place is a great value and located in a...

“The Villa Isolda was truly beautiful. The main villa deck took our breathe away and the view did not disappoint. My only caution is that the air conditioning was only in certain bedrooms so that has to be considered.”

“Trotz ziemlich nassem Wetter und damit einhergehend einer kleinen Überschwemmung ein sehr schönes Haus mit großem Grundstück in schöner Lage. Zum See ist es nicht weit. Lediglich die Zufahrt könnte für ungeübte Fahrer eine Herausforderung darstellen. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wieder dort buchen”

“Super Aussicht, relativ klein. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war total durchgelegen soll aber nächsten Monat ausgetauscht werden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären schön es folgen ziemlich viele Mücken herum.”
