The space

Lavon Texas Family Getaway

Beautiful home with easy access and great Location. You will need to plan on bringing any extra goods with you. (i.e. paper towels, hand soap, Kleenex, extra toilet paper, laundry soap, coffee maker and any extra bedding or blankets that you require). Game room and media room are not equipped. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

This host is a crook

He advertised the property as having access to the community pool. Swimming was the reason for our rental. When asked about how to access it, he replied that we wouldn’t have access to the pool. He also said the house was for 10 people and then proceeded to charge $75 per person per night for everyone over 4 people. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON!!! We are supposed to get a 100% refund but VRBO told us to reverse the charges on our credit card. This crook is refusing to refund our money. I thought Vrbo would not allow people like this but I guess I’m wrong.
