“Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor.”

“We stayed 4 days. First of all I would like to clarify that Crow's Nest is more hotel than resort. The room was big and good but we encountered some problems. There was a big bee's nest just outside of our room and we found some of these bees inside of our room. We asked the people at reception to remove this nest but they never did. “Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.”

“Room was dirty,sheets were stain and table wasn't cleaned. The coushin to the couch smelled. Single female traveler here, they ask to many red flag questions for a single traveler. Power went out for about 5 min. checkout is 11 am, they turn off the wifi at 10 am. Nothing closed by,your forced to eat there. Could do better in cleaning the room. Many activities u want to do if they don't have enough to fill up they canceled you. No notice until its time of the activitie u signed up for. Wast...

“Struttura molto grande e con tanti servizi a disposizione. La SPA è fantastica. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. La suite fronte spiaggia è magnifica e confortevole. Pulizia buona, è l’unica cosa migliorabile.”
