“I had ants in my room on the floors I have no clue where they were coming from. There were a bunch of flies in the bathroom and the shower. There were also flies on the toilet. The little ironing board wouldn’t stay up either.”

Since I booked on hotels.com, it took the staff a little bit to treat my reservation check-in correctly, but afterwards it was alright. The room was good, but as one of the people booking a room the 1st week, there was no garbage bin or can in the room (odd), I had to call for the TV remote, and the ice machine wasn’t working. “Very old, breakfast is overcrowded in a limited space, shuttle bus to train station and airport NOT reliable, they ask if you want your room to be maked up daily and if you say yes they anyway do every 3 days. Sunday morning 8.05 in the morning they drill and do maintenance despite of the day and time. Never again.”

“Definitely much nicer than I expected and a great value for money in its area. I only have the amenities a three star because the gym wasn’t too well equipped but overall the whole package was worth it and worth the stay if you’re hesitant.”

“Clean and comfortable hotel, full of friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioner was highly efficient. We were very comfortable for our stay. The breakfast was wonderful and the airport shuttle convenience. It was a little farther than we anticipated from the subway station, but that’s no fault of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.”
