Il nostro soleggiato bungalow si trova nell'incantevole Old West Lawrence, uno storico quartiere residenziale. Si trova a 5 isolati dal centro, a pochi passi dalla collina fino al Memorial Stadium e ben a pochi passi dal resto del Campus. Abbiamo due camere da letto complete e un portico di quattro stagioni. Il portico e il ponte sono il luogo ideale per godersi il bel tempo. Mentre il tuo gruppo sarà abbastanza vicino per creare ricordi speciali, ci sono ancora spazi privati da scoprire e godere in questa casa accogliente e ben progettata.

Dopo aver dormito profondamente nel nostro bungalow a scomparsa, in dieci minuti arriverete nei locali, negozi, bar e ristoranti su misura nel bellissimo Downtown Lawrence.

Questa gemma di 900 piedi quadrati è stata completamente ristrutturata e incontaminata. È una bellissima "sorella di mezzo" per due bungalow identici su entrambi i lati, tutti amorevolmente costruiti negli anni '20 da un padre per ognuna delle sue tre figlie.

Avrai accesso a tutta la casa, compresi il portico anteriore e il ponte posteriore. Il seminterrato è inaccessibile agli ospiti.

Questa è la nostra casa di soggiorno, quindi siamo a sole cinque miglia di distanza per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o aiutarti nel miglior modo possibile!

Alberato, strade, donne dipinte, architettura edoardiana / vittoriana / vernacolare abbondano in questo quartiere di pepite d'oro.

Camminare è un ottimo modo per raggiungere Campus e Downtown da casa nostra. Detto questo, c'è un ampio parcheggio sulla strada nel nostro isolato (a meno che non sia il Game Day!)

La nostra casa ben attrezzata e incontaminata è l'ideale per ospiti educati, responsabili e premurosi. Abbiamo grandi vicini e vorremmo che si sentissero allo stesso modo nei nostri confronti. Vogliamo mostrarti il meglio che Lawrence ha da offrire e può farlo solo se tutti sono rispettosi.

Nota: la tariffa iniziale prevede fino a due ospiti; c'è una piccola tassa incrementale di $ 10 per ospite-notte per gli ospiti 3-5.

Lovely house

Great location and well appointed.

We had a family of four stay for a short trip and we found the house to be very nice. Location was great to come and go to downtown and was far enough away that it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and seemed to be plenty of room. We did not cook during our stay (or even make coffee) but kitchen seemed well stocked for those wishing to eat in. We struggled a bit with the TV (couldn’t figure out the volume, but eventually figured out saying “Turn up the volume” actually worked with the remote). Leda was very responsive. I have no doubt where we will look first on our next visit to Lawrence.

Best Cozy Lawrence Getaway

Wow! This property is perfect for our small family. Located close enough to Mass St and the KU football stadium to walk, in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood, and very well equipped for our Thanksgiving dinner... we can’t wait to visit again!

Clean & cozy place to stay

This house was perfect for our group on a visit to KU. The house was clean and had most everything we needed, even a magnifying mirror (which I always need). The only thing we couldn't find was a deck of cards. The beds were comfortable. We loved the front porch swing and sitting out on the back deck. Nice and close to everything we did. Wouldn't hesitate to book this house again on another trip. Such a cute place!

Best home away from home ever!

We loved this sweet home! The welcome sign hanging just inside the doorway was just a small taste of the hospitality that awaited us. Everything was very nice, comfortable and cozy. Our stay could not have been any better and was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. We enjoyed our visit very much and recommend this home highly. We hope to visit here again soon.

It was a lovely home just a few blocks from downtown. The trees were beautiful

It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The only thing missing was a mixer which we found at Goodwill. The house was light and airy. The thing we missed was a comfortable place to read that had good lighting.

Lovely home with great location

We were in town to welcome a new grandbaby - this Home was just as advertised and had all the amenities we needed to have a nice stay in Lawrence, Kansas. The only thing keeping me from placing a “perfect” score is that the couches weren’t real comfy for conversation space, and older guests might not have a phone light to help navigate an unlit sidewalk if they arrive after dark. Communication with owners was prompt and easy.

Beautiful home in a great location

First and foremost, Leda and her husband are amazing hosts! The house is in amazing condition, what you see is exactly what you get in the best way possible. They are also easy to reach with any concerns or questions. I rented this property for 6 weeks for a clinical rotation and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. It’s located in a quite and safe neighborhood near KU campus, Mass street, and grocery stores. I would highly recommend anyone staying here! They are amazing people and take real pride ensuring your stay is everything you hope it to be. If I’m ever back in Lawrence, I will definitely look to stay here again!

Excellent location

Besides cute accommodations, the home offers one of the best locations in Lawrence. I adore the historic neighborhood—a true Lawrence experience. And I appreciated the easy walk to downtown. I plan to stay there when I travel to Lawrence again.

Great little house in Old West Lawrence

We stayed in this little bungalow for graduation weekend at the University of Kansas. It was a perfect spot, walkable to campus, downtown, and East Lawrence. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the house is perfectly appointed. It's a perfect place to stay in Lawrence. Thank you, Leda!

Felt at home in this Lawrence Bungalow

I rented the Bungalow in Lawrence so that I could nurse my daughter after wrist surgery. The location was perfect, just blocks from the surgery center. The house is so cute and cozy. The owner was very accommodating. She even came by and poured salt on the walkway in anticipation of an icy night. I was also able to add an additional night. I would rent this property again.

Lovely home for a Lawrence Visit!

My husband and I felt at home when staying here. Great home for a stay when in Lawrence. The location is great for getting anywhere in Lawrence by foot or by car. The neighborhood is quaint which is great for walks or a run. The chocolate laid out for us in the bedrooms was a nice treat!
