“It appeared to be a university dorm room. It general dirty, sticky chair, spider webs, ... it would be ok for a very long term stay if it was cleaned. ”

“This hotel is centrally located for all things Bentonville. We were however disappointed that the hot tub apparently has not been functional for the past year. The pictures shown on La Quinta’s and Expedia’s websites did not accurately show that this amenity was not available. We had a very disappointed son who had hiked some hard terrain with the promise of a hot tub in his future. The rest of the stay was great, just wish we had known ahead of time that there was no hot tub…”

“A real nice area. Quiet and big green space for fur baby. Room was a bit small, but cozy bed and clean! I like that they text you a code for door so won’t lose key cards! Very nice hotel. Unfortunately the guest above me on 3rd floor was noisy!”

“Breakfast good, check in efficient, parking good. Do not get room facing busy street in front of property. Very noisy if light sleeper.”

“I was surprised this hotel was substandard compared to other Wyndham Super8s I've stayed at. Filthy hallways & stairs. Bathroom fixtures rusted. Breakfast area was tiny without anyplace to sit down.”

“Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention. One of the lights in the room wasn’t working, and the AC unit appeared to be leaking slightly during my stay. The TV remote also didn’t function, likely due to corroded batteries. Additionally, the toiletries provided were quite small. With a bit more upkeep and attention to these details, the experience could be much more comfortable.”

“Staff was very nice & friendly. Rooms were very roomy & nice size. Advertised as having a full breakfast- nothing was available at this particular location. Advertised as having separate rooms for entertaining but only space available was the lobby. Something we take for granted at staying in hotels was room refresh & beds made every morning with trash being removed & towels replaced- this is not offered unless you are there 7 days & then they will do it. Bed was extremely firm. Slightly softer...

“Had a pre-paid room. At check-in was told the hotel was overbooked and that there should be other hotels in the area that may have a room. They did not try to assist in finding another accommodation, nor did they offer anything to try to make it right (maybe some points?). In summary, they did us wrong and did not care in the least. ”

“The Hotel management was very polite , the Location was perfect it had a lot of local restaurants to choose from and the room was very clean ..”

“Room was great. Big. Clean. Quiet. But breakfast was a disaster. Under staffed. No coffee, no eggs, very little of anything edible at 8:30. Trash can was overflowing. Like a plague of locusts past through. ”

“It was fine. Clean. Our ktichen had one packet of decaf coffee; I had to go to the front desk to get a regular. When we checked in they tlaked about how they would have coffee in the lobby. It was an off-brandof pods, neither decaf or 1/2 caf, and no creamer at all. :(”
