Case in affitto a Lawrenceburg

“We were in town visiting family and found this home to be the perfect location and size. Great location to historic downtown and to Cincinnati. The house is spacious and clean. Also nicely decorated. We weren’t sure of the check out expectations, but we cleaned up appropriately just like at any other rental. A suggestion would be to leave detailed instructions at the home. We were there Thursday-Saturday so we did take care of the trash cans at the curb like instructed in the app. Would...

“We definitely enjoyed the location of the property. It was close to everything without being right in the middle of town. The yard was nice size and a great addition to the house. The yard had a swing set and fire pit that my kids thought was the greatest. They also have a ping pong table in the basement with a couple kids toys. The house was definitely nice and well worth the stay, host is also very responsive to messages.”

“The house is great however the shower could use an update.”

“Very comfortable place to stay,”

“Perfect little place in Friendship, In! What a cute little town! We just needed a little place to stay to travel back & forth…this was perfect place to get a little R & R!”

“Clean well kept property. Thanks for making it so easy. ”

“My husband and I were in the area to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. We chose this place to stay because it looked peaceful and quiet. We found that both of these were true! We sat on the porch and enjoyed God's creation surrounding us. We saw a bluebird, deer, and rabbits peacefully feeding in the yard. The home has a large open floor plan, which made us feel we could relax, plus the decor honored God and was nicely done. It was very clean and had everything one could need for...

“very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful”

“Shower/claw-foot tub- A bad fall waiting to happen. Awkward access and egress, no grab bar (towel bar came off in my hand), slippery footing, clingy shower curtain all around. Bed sheets- Didn't fit, top and bottom sheets came off during the night. Recycle fouled- People put recyclables out in prohibited plastic bags. Bin full. Pleasant setting.”
