“I have stayed at many value hotels in the area and this one was a gem in a pile of rocks. The staff was lovely, the facilities were clean, the pool was well kept (the spa was not operational). The breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy and waffles, not just cold cereal and bagels. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The hotel was in a very convenient location for Osage Beach activities. The beds were get comfortable. The front desk was polite and bring extra towels when requested. We were sad that the outside pool wasn't usable but enjoyed the inside pool. ”

“We found everything clean. Great breakfast. Eggs,sausage, biscuits& gravy, bread, bagels cream cheese , jelly. Make your own waffle, fresh fruit, juice, coffee. Internet fine. Not more than 2 miles for several restraunts. Closer by was culvers and Arbys. Bed A little soft but slept fine.”

“When we checked in and went to our room, we found that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My wife went to the desk and explained that we have meds that must be refrigerated. The gentleman at the front desk promptly brought one to us. Everything else was great from the start - it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.”
