Awesome 3 Bedroom River Front Retreat right on the water!

Relax with family or friends at this beautiful home. This beautiful home offers all of the amenities you come to expect when traveling. Located on the Mississippi River, every location in this home provides a beautiful view! Whether you own a boat, utilize the private dock or simply sit by the water, you are bound to enjoy all that this home has to offer. The dock is usually in the water between May and November depending on the water levels.

The space

This home has an open floor concept and allows you to enjoy the outdoors easily with two points of access to the bar area and/or patio. The adorable pantry offers a full coffee bar with all the fixins!!

Guest access

When you check in, you will enter through the door closest to the driveway which has a combination lock. The code will be provided to you prior to check-in. This code will be used throughout your stay. The code will be changed after checkout for the next guests.
Other things to note
A water softener and a reverse osmosis filtered water system was installed to ensure the drinking water is pure and eliminates the need for guests to buy bottled water. The soft water is great for the shower as well. The automatic ice maker in the refrigerator also utilizes filtered water and provides plenty of ice for your stay.

The house is in the perfect location on the river and is very beautiful done and very clean. The beds are extremley comfortable and nice to snuggle in! We could sit in the master bedroom and watch the river out the enormous windows forever as it was hypnotic. The host are very responsive and helpful and we can't wait to come back when it is warmer so we can enjoy the BBQ grill and outside deck!

Location and house could not be more awesome. The bathroom had a smell that we could not get rid of and we kept the door shut!Would be nice to tell guests that a train goes by in middle of night.They were doing construction so the getting to town and back was confusing til we talked to a local person.Thanks!

Could not of had a better stay!!! Fantastic host, beautiful property and very well thought out home. We really enjoyed the little extras that went a very long way with making us feel welcome and comfortable. This home has everything you need and want in a vacation spot. I recommend visiting the town as it has a bunch of hidden gems and shops. Michelle did a fantastic job and is a top notch host. Thank you for helping us have a great anniversary.

Beautiful house with lots of little attention to detail that makes it even more wonderful. Very scenic location and view of the Mississippi river. Great patio area and furniture to take it all in. Easy and clear check in and check out instructions made everything more convenient. Host also informed us of a local event happening during our stay that ended up being a great time. The only downside is the close train that comes by but you get used to it. Would stay again!

The Hidden Gem of Le Clair

This was our 3rd annual Sisters trip and it was the best stay ever! The house was beautifully decorated and so homey that you wanna drop your bags and just sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the river. The bedrooms are lovely with all having river views and extremely comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed the peaceful patio and gorgeous sunrises! It is a little piece of heaven that we were able to enjoy together!!. The owner inquires soon to make sure everything is fine. Book this gem and you will not be disappointed!!

Spectacular River View

The house is warm and welcoming as soon as you open the door and, WOW what a view. The house is spacious and quiet even being on the main road. The kitchen is well stocked, and has high end appliances, (nice washer and dryer in a closet I would call every woman's dream) The bathroom offers a nice bathtub and shower, (with an abundance of plush bath towels) and the beds are cozy and comfortable. The house is well located to local activities such as sport complex, casino, and beautiful downtown LeClaire. We enjoyed a meal at The Crane and Pelican Cafe which is unique dining experience and a Moscow Muleat the Distillery. The coffee nook is darling with coffee, tea and snacks which the host graciously provided for guests use. Clint and Michelle responded promptly to all messages prior to and during my stay. My only regret is that we stayed in January, so we did not get to enjoy the bar area or the outside patio and water. Looks like I'll be staying again so we can enjoy those awesome amenities. Thank you so much for opening your home for all to enjoy.

My wife and I enjoyed getting away four- five times a year! This property is the cleanest that we have encountered in our many getaways! I woke up the first morning to a beautiful sunrise shining over the Mississippi which, is about 15 feet from the window! We rarely stay in the same place twice however, we would consider a return visit
