“Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough. BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit.”

“I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

“The property is OK. But EXPEDIA is NOT OK. I asked for an invoice at the time of the reservation. The hotel called me to say that I neded to get the invoice from Expedia. I only could get a receipt and not an invoice. This is the last time that I will reserve tghrough Expedia when you are not able to provide me an invoice in IItaly for my Italian Company. I have now lost the VAT which I could normally subtract. This is the only way to communicate with Expedia.”
