It is a three-storey chalet for 10 guests in five bedrooms, with four bathrooms. Four of the five bedrooms have doors to a sunny terrace or balcony, so that you can enjoy the fabulous views wherever you are in the house. And with four stylish bath and shower rooms, you'll never have to wait your turn! A sauna is also available for you to relax after a long day exploring the mountains.

We particularly like the family suite on the top floor - a spacious double room with a cosy seating area, a twin room under the eaves for children and a shared shower room. The double room opens on to the covered balcony at the top of the house, so gets the best views!

The cosy living area is a wonderful place to get together at the end of the day, and the dining table, positioned to make the most of the view, is sure to be the scene of many happy meals together.

PARKING: there is a space in the garage to park one vehicle, and 2 spaces outside. Any additional vehicle should be parked near the Communaille bus stop, only 200m away. Please note: given the number of stairs and levels at the property, this rental is not suitable for people in a wheelchair. The 4-star certification is for 8 adults, but the chalet can comfortably welcome 10 adults. There is one bedroom under the eaves.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
