“Overall it was ok. Walls were paper thin, the phones in our room didn’t work so we weren’t able to call down when the room next door kept us up until midnight, and the ice machine was broken. Staff was great, but the place needs some serious TLC.”

“Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”

“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. “The floors could use a good mopping, we had to wear shoes to keep our feet from getting completely black. The other annoying part is that it appeared that we were sharing the parking lot with people only going to the airport, it was hard to find parking. Also, all the equipment and other things stored in the parking lot.”

“I thought it was quite nice! I so greatly appreciated the shower…heavy glass doors, nicely pointed bathroom. It was small but the fixtures and venting was fabulous! The lighted mirror!! So nice! Even though we were facing the freeway, once I was out I heard nothing!! The linens were nice, weight of the bed coving perfect, the choice of pillows was a thoughtful option! The tv was a great size! And the breakfast was a treat! It was a great place To call home for two nights! Thank you!”

“Ice cold coffee to start the morning, no creamer except powder which was out. No less than 7 signs telling you DON’T TAKE FOOD FROM THE BREAKFAST AREA… and another warning they will bill you $10 if you do. I work early morning from hotels occasionally and have phone meetings which are right in the middle of the breakfast window. If it’s included - no idea why they are being so draconian about it.
