“Poor customer service by some workers”

“This is an amazing property. Very spacious and so lovely. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is so kind. The rooms are large and very clean. The grounds are beautiful. It’s also close distance to the town of Sturbridge. Cute coffee, ice cream and nice cafes. I can’t wait to come back!!”

“Stayed here because most other hotels were booked; however, after spending $513.69 for two nights, I'd rather stay somewhere else or change my trip dates. The check-in was ok. No coffee in the morning, other than in your room. Total waste of money, and would not stay here again, nor recommend it.”

“The hotel was functional for a couple nights stay for Sturbridge/Brimfield, but not very clean or comfortable. There was ample parking, it's attached to the Sturbridge show, and only a ten minute drive from heart of the mart. It definitely got the job done, but I would not stay again. ”

“This hotel is disgusting. The bedsheet had cigarette burns in it. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The springs pushed through the mattress making it near impossible to sleep and there were very sketchy people staying there (potentially on an hourly basis). The continental breakfast consisted of two apples in a bowl and individually plastic-bagged plain bagels. The only redeeming factor was that the young man at reception was very kind and lovely. Only stay here if everything else is...

“For just sleeping it was ok, but my wife said she would not stay there again. Dust and hair on sheets, made us question if the room was cleaned. Wall paper peeling on walls inside and outsidr room in hallways. Strong cigarette smell in common srea lobby. The outside side doors always unlocked. Desk furniture was missing drawers. Hotel was in rough shape. It was very economical, and served its purpose as a place close to UCONN to see my daughters graduation, but wouldn’t make cacation...
