“First room 222 the door didn’t lock and window could be slide open from inside second room the inside door handle was broken the people ubove me were loud and disrespectful office didn’t do nothing about it and wouldn’t refund my money also has bed bugs and roaches ”

“The floors/ carpet in the room was not vacuumed or swept with food debris all over floor, from previous people who stayed in that room last.”

“The owner here was terrible My guests and transgender friends were discriminated against by means of steady harassment for bs reasons, barging into their rooms demanding to check rooms for extra people and animals then when got into a room with me I was charged more than the normal rate because we had a couple visitors -not even overnight- he refused my AARP discount and my my6 member discount because I had visitors ..my friend and I drove and saw the man standing byyither friends door...

“Very pet friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean. They changed the towels so I always had a clean wash cloth and towel. ”

“The wifi didn't work for several hours, I alerted the front desk and they fixed the problem in a timely manner. Also my TV kept flickering on and off and eventually conked all the way out. I alerted the desk the next morning and they assured me it would be taken care of. It was the TV in room 323. But the front desk staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. And the facilities are clean for the most part.”

“The room was clean and all of the soaps and shampoos smelled so good! The bed was very comfortable. Are favorite thing was the breakfast! They had these egg rounds that were perfect shapes to make breakfast sandwiches. And the yogurt station was awesome! We’ll definitely stay here again :)”
