“The hotel did not honor my Expedia reservation, telling me to work with Expedia to obtain a refund There was a lamp in the living room whose light bulb was dangling down the side of the lamp. The TV in the bedroom did not have a picture, other than a constant picture of HMDI 1”

“I didn’t like the fact that nobody cleaned my room. I was asked one time did I need house keeping. I passed someone in the hall that asked if I needed anything but never identified themselves as staff so I just said no. I liked that it had a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was okay but could have been much better. The door has an opening in it as if the door wasn’t all the way closed. They made me put up a pet deposit even though I had no pet with me.
