“Hot tub was out service during our stay. The room was excellent, clean, and tidy bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Pool was mentioned to be heated and at the time we went into the pool is was ok and not heated.”

“Such an incredible hotel! We stayed in the wunderbar building, which is where the two bedroom suites are. By far best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It was HUGE, very clean and incredible views. We were steps from all the shops.”

“Guy at check in acted like he was annoyed to have to answer basic questions (best direction for access to our room, what time was lobby open for coffee) and he only keyed our room keys for one day and we stayed two. Luckily we got back early and getting them reset was easy. The other two desk staff we interacted with were great and so was the breakfast staff. Breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of variety. Room was clean, no frills. All the rooms face the main road and are pretty close...
