It looks like balconies on photos, but they are fake. Rooms have an AC and solid windows. Night was a little suffocating. Also there are EV chargers outside, but I could not figure out how to use them. Receptionist in lobby could not help either. It appears that they are not free for residents, you have to pay separately using some app. I had to...

“We stayed at the Garden Haus and it was lovely. Beautiful backyard (enclosed) hot tub and landscaping was amazing. Had an outdoor grill as well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. Definitely will stay again.”

“Clean room. Basic supplies. Renovated. Parking is easy. Close to Front street but in a quiet area. The only complaint since it is a wooden structure, you could hear the footsteps, ruining water, toilet flushing from unit above. I stayed in the middle floor. Please note there are no elevators. ”

First impressions matter and that was terrible. Our toilet kept running itself every 2 minutes. They tried fixing it which I appreciate but it didn't solve the problem completely. “Leavenworth is such a fun town and this hotel is within walking distance from all the shops. Nice clean property that includes breakfast. Friendly employees. We stayed two nights and would stay here again. The price was good.”
