“HH owners (Sandy and Ted) were very welcoming and kind. The room was well maintained and comfortable. We stayed in Black Bear which opened onto a patio with table and chairs and an adjacent lawn with adirondack chairs overlooking the Wenatchee River. It was so relaxing to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the deer nibble on the neighbor's raspberry bushes.”

“We liked breakfast, the bikes and the pool. Unfortunately the hotttub was not available, which was a disappointment. The location was good.”

“Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience. “Property was clean and very spacious! Soap (dishwasher, laundry, bathrooms), toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. was well stocked. Unfortunately, we ran into several property issues upon arrival including the sling glass door screen off its track, the fridge water filter needing to be replaced, the bathroom lights burnt out and flickering, and a broken door frame on one of the bedrooms. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable as well.”

“Short staffed - front desk remains unattended during breaks, no one at the desk for long periods of time. So many dogs barking late at night. Clean but loud.”

“The location is great. An easy 2 block walk to the shops. Hotel was fine but could use some upgrades. I'd recommend skipping the free breakfast its not good. Overall not a bad place to stay but maybe not worth the price.”
