“We have stayed here before and will do so again when staying Leavenworth. The rooms are nice/clean and seem to be well maintained. Also, the location is ideal as it's right across the street from the main part of town.”

“We had a great stay at Icicle Village Resort. The property and rooms were spotless, charming, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the pool was a great bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“There is a reason no pictures online of the front of the motel. The building was so bad looking that it was like I was at a $30 a night motel. The room when I walked in smelled like bug spray but thankfully the smell went away the next day and no bugs in the room that I saw. The TV was about 30 inches and had only a few channels to pick from. The pool area was so uninviting and again need of repair and maintenance. Very old looking despite trying to modernize the room. “I’ll start by saying the room was fine. Not great but fine. The pool was fine. It would’ve been great except the boss (owner?) thought it was ok to berate his staff while his staff was working their butts off to make everything perfect. Stocking the pool towels, keeping breakfast items stocked and the area clean, etc… and this yahoo wants to chew him out. Then he gets right in your way as you’re walking, closes the door behind himself not keeping it open for guests that are heading the same...

“The cabins were cozy, nothing luxurious. Enjoyed the nespresso coffee maker. There weren’t many outlets for charging. We stayed one night and when we got back from dinner, our cabin was hot. They told us the a/c hadn’t been working the days before and apparently still wasn’t. Luckily there was one cabin empty that they moved us to. It would have been a miserable night if there wasn’t another cabin available, they said they would have to get box fans.”
