“We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage! The porch is very comfy and has great light. The beds were also very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.”

“Perfect for our littles, the house is right on the water. Great location, clean house. We told the host we had trouble with AC they came over to install another window unit. My daughter got sick and they answered the phone immediately to suggest a local urgent care. Very responsible, respectful of our privacy and a lovely house. We would stay again.”

“This was an absolute treasure of a place and the goat was wonderful. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every part of the stay. The outdoor little kitchen was a wonderful addition but the view from the deck is where we spent most of our time. The host provided snacks upon arrival and has almost everything you need to just come and relax.”

“The house was clean and comfortable. The views are awesome. The beach is a short walk away and there is a lobster/ice cream shop between the house and beach. Excellent location. Communication with the host was flawless. The nature reserve out back was an added bonus and we enjoyed our nightly visits by the deer. There were multiple families of ducks right across the street as well.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The home was very clean and in a perfect location, just a short drive from restaurants, shops, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Our only complaint was that we visited during the heat of the summer and the one window ac unit didn’t quite cool one of the bedrooms. Overall, this was a pleasant spot for our group of five!”

“Very clean, large kitchen and living room space. Lots of sleeping choices. Awesome fire pit with lots of outdoor furniture. Great hot tub. Love that it was pet friendly. Not a whole lot of parking but manageable. Sea wall dock tight to get in and out of with the pontoon boat we rented. Overall we all loved it and would totally recommend!”

“Our family had a wonderful visit to Lake Winnnipesaukee Cove Sandy Beach House. The owners were amazing and the property was perfect!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with our family….we have amazing memories from our stay!”

“Great stay! We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 kids (6, 3, 1) and the house worked perfectly for us. It’s a 3 story home. You walk into the first floor with 3 bedrooms, walk up a set of stairs for the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and then another flight of stairs for a playroom area. The home was extremely kid friendly with games, plastic kitchen stuff, beach toys, etc. It had comfortable beds and was clean.”

“It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with...
