“Great room, fantastic breakfast!”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“Great, overall. Clean, easy peasy. Breakfast, shuttle to airport. Only thing we needed was a USB port in our room for our phones. ”

“Chambre spacieuse et propre. Bon déjeuner style buffet. Belle piscine et le personnel est bien accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel. Le seul point négatif est qu’il n’y a pas de banc d’entraînement dans le gym.”

“Would not allow me to obtain a room because I lived too close to the hotel. Forget about a staycation. Given that information at the last minute (check in) it was impossible to get a different room for the necessary time frame on such short notice. This was a disappointment as Best Western was always a go to for a staycation. ”

“The staff was great. It was easy to check in and check out and I really appreciated the welcome message I received before I arrived. Breakfast was great! and if you needed something, the staff would go out of their way to help.”

“La chambre était propre, salle de bain propre, état général comfortable. Bon déjeuner. Par contre le remboursement du dépôt de 50$ se fait encore attendre après 4 jours.”

“Parking is across the street. Pretty far to carry your belongings. The turn to get in or out of that lot is very tight. Room was ok. Not very insulated. People's door closing very loudly. The heat was not turned on before we got there and was very cold. Pet friendly but no area for your dog to go. Unless you go across the street to the lot. There is no grass area in sight. ”

“COLD shower, you can get more towels if you wait another 30 minutes, they tried to put us on the 4th floor amidst renovations (all lights hanging off the walls unattached and plaster dust everywhere), moldy walls, moldy AC units, just plain GROSS!!! Pick another place to stay.”

“The room had a few missing/broken tiles in bathroom, a light bulb was out in one of our lamps and the tv was hanging crooked off of its bracket. The staff was great! ”

“If you don’t mind screaming kids with parents who ignore them in the pool and hot tub, this is the hotel for you. If you don’t mind barking dogs because (gasp) people have to bring Fido and then lock him in the room, this is the hotel for you. If you don’t mind being told the buffet breakfast has different hours than posted, and then go during the “modified” hours and learn the breakfast is closed and when you bring it to the attention of the desk, they tell you there was a miscommunication and...
