“Terrible service through and through. Beautiful property but the service was so awful that we will not be returning. Also, zero pool chairs available. And I mean ZERO. A nice lady gave up one of her chairs for our family of 5 to have somewhere to sit down with our newborn…”

“Our first room they gave us was a room with of a view down of the dumpsters. We asked for a different room right away and a weeding party that was visiting said they just did the same thing. So be aware they try to fill this suite without your knowledge of the dumpsters. The front desk manager said all Suites have no view. Housekeeping left all the trash and didn't replenish the toiletries.The coffee area was a complete mess and they left it. I don't recommend staying here if you have the option...

“The hotel has been raising it’s prices steadily yet the property has had bo updates un more than 15 years. It’s filthy, barely any water pressure out of the old wobbly shower heads. Stuff is unfriendly and the mattress is worse than camping.”
