“L'albergo era molto bello ed il personale disponibile, ma quando sono arrivato alle 11 di sera dopo un viaggio di 17 ore la mia prenotazione non risultava nonostante la avessi fatta oltre un mese prima. Ho dovuto attendere circa un quarto d'ora prima che l'addetto alla reception contattasse la vostra azienda con il numero dell'itinerario che gli ho fornito.”

“Unless requested it would be preferable to not be assigned an adjoining room, listening to the neighbours and seeing the light filtering from around that door into our room was not pleasant. If the hotel is not full please assign non-adjoining rooms”

“The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a very late checking in from the airport and they gave us a late check out no problem. The room is spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and smelled fresh. Overall a five star experience for a reasonable price. I will stay here again. ”
