“Didn’t use the hot tub”

“L'albergo era molto bello ed il personale disponibile, ma quando sono arrivato alle 11 di sera dopo un viaggio di 17 ore la mia prenotazione non risultava nonostante la avessi fatta oltre un mese prima. Ho dovuto attendere circa un quarto d'ora prima che l'addetto alla reception contattasse la vostra azienda con il numero dell'itinerario che gli ho fornito.”

“I don’t often write reviews, but this motel was not cleanly at all. Lots of dust and crusted liquids behind night stand and on all surfaces. Dead flies everywhere.”

“This is the second time I've stayed at this location and it will not be the last time. It will be my go to accommodations whenever I'm in Edmonton. Staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious, clean and well equiped, and the breakfast has and excellent choice of hot and cold options! ”

“Really nice large renovated spacious rooms, large new Smart TV, and the fireplace was so nice on a cold blizzard wintery night. Even though check in was a really frustrating experience Sam the Manager made everything work out for a great full experience. I would stay here again for sure, just wish they had coffee makers in the room. ”

“The gentleman at the reception had me wait as he was taking care of other business in the kitchen, despite my calling his attention. I ended end arriving late at a job interview ”
