“We checked into this hotel around 6 am because we had a terrible experience at our prior one. The staff were great and accommodating, the hotel was beautiful, our room was nice and spacious, and the valet was very efficient. No complaints! The hotel is also located walking distance from the UT campus which is very convenient for those who want to explore!”

There was no space on the floor for me to even open up luggage in full without it hitting furniture or the wall. The toilet stopped flushing a couple of times.
