“My reservation was cancelled without any explanation or without telling me until I went to the location to check-in. There were no vacancies and it was super inconvenient.”

“This property is one of the best managed ever. I have revisted this property on two occassions and they never miss a beat. The team focus on the details of cleaning, guest service and experience. It is a busy location, but parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast was great.The team always greet you! I would highly recommened this location to visiting guests.”

“I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. Then I get in the room and the floor is covered in water as there is a leak from both the fridge and AC unit. I grabbed the room phone to call and complain and it also didn’t work at all. “I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor.”

“The receptionist took a $50 deposit from me for a room that was paid for already, and I could not even get a receipt for the $50 they wanted to lock up on my card. The room smelled and we had to call for someone to come and spray the roon. We sprayed Lysol and that did not help. We will never stay at this hotel again as we are very dissatisfied. You should allow a guest to get a receipt of payment regardless of how the room was booked. You have no problem taking the money so you should have no...

“Killed a bug in the shower. Nice that there were 4 towels and wash clothes. Could use to have USB and c-port charging spots. Overall a good experience ”
