The nearby pools, golf, recreation centers, walking trails, and endless list of active adult living goes on and on. The 70 plus square mile community is entirely golf cart accessible and provides the perfect vacation atmosphere all year round. Recreation Centers have both indoor and outdoor activities included and all are welcome. Family coming to visit, no problem with over 40 family friendly pools! This ready to occupy, 2/2 Courtyard Villa checks all the boxes It is fully furnished and available. This low maintenance Villa features new low maintenance floors, a new sunroom for extra space and guests, and new tasteful furnishings throughout. Don't miss out, these villas don't last long as most rentals are booked a yr in advance and 500-5000.00 more per MONTH!! THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME. and will provide guest IDs to enjoy all the amenities! A Lifestyles resident ID which gives you access to everything including T times can be issued. We will input your information and you can pick up the IDs at the sales office. The home is only rented monthly and has a 15% discount for booking monthly long term rentals welcome. There is a golf cart available, for an additional fee for your stay. Contact us for details on golf cart. *Please note there is a 2 day space between guest rentals for cleaning. For the summer months May thru November contact me for a stay under 28 day minimum.

Great stay in great location

Being in the Northern part of The Villages was perfect for us. Close to the amenities and activities that we enjoy. Renting the golf cart allowed us to easily get around the community. Jim the owner was easy to deal with and very helpful.

Villages Golf Stay

We stayed for the month of Dec primarily to play golf. The house is at a great location . It's very clean, well appointed, and close to many amenities. The owner is very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

No outside noise. Very private courtyard. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Good location for access to restaurants, grocery stores, the many recreation centers, and town squares.

Beautiful villa with everything you need

Beautiful, well cared-for villa on the north end of the Villages. Has a nice golf cart (which we didn't rent) and bicycles, which we did use. Comfortable bed and hot shower, nice sofas and TV. In short, I cannot think of a better place to stay at a reasonable price.

Great place

This is a great place! The place is the perfect size for 2-4 adults. Very clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Super chill community and the cart is new and perfect. Last but not least - Jim is a super great host! Loved our stay !!!!

Perfect home away from home

The house was in a wonderful neighborhood in the Villages. Very clean, everything you could possibly need, James was the perfect host, easy access to everything Answered any question I had immediately. . Entry was so efficient and easy. Extremely friendly neighborhood, felt like we always lived there. Grocery stores, bank’s convenient.and all villages recreation center close. I loved our 2 month stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

James Clair should not be a host.

James Clair accused me of having a dog at his house during my stay. I have 2 witnesses to verify that I didn't. I don't even own a dog. He also accused me of not filling up the golf cart with gas when I was done with it. But I have a receipt for it. I guess this man can not be trusted. Heads up to anyone that rents from him.

Best 41 Stay I’ve had

Mr. and Mrs. Clair were the best host. I was there for 41 days and was so thankful for allowing us to stay as my grandson was in hospice and passed on the 12th of June. They allowed us to get another pool pass for his sister/granddaughter so we made our last days the best for her. Their house is beautiful just what we needed for us. Thank you so much Mr. and Mrs. Clair

IT MET ALL OF OUR NEEDS IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED,BIKES, BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS. OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WE FELT THAT THE PROPERTY WAS IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION.

A Villa in the Villages

James Clair’s villa was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels. Owner kept tables and counters clear of personal stuff . There was plenty of living space. The location was nice near cart paths and entertainment. We enjoyed the local bocce and pools. Any issues we’re solved quickly by owner.
