“Hotel coloratissimo e particolare. Si trova in una zona della città piena di ristoranti e molto gradevole e sicura la sera. La fermata del tram è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel e consente di spostarsi facilmente in altre zone di Portland. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio comodo. ”

“I wish I had said something at the time but the clerk who checked me in said my room number out loud which shouldn't be done due to it being unsafe, luckily no one overheard. There was no staff available in the lobby after 9pm and they mention they have people available in their lobby cafe at all times but during my stay I didn't see anyone. I was given an ADA room even though I did not book one and there were other non-ADA rooms available. The sheets on the bed were scratchy and uncomfortable,...

“Parking was free and convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and I can say that the location was always 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be. Just a few things that need improvement: the room was really dark (even with all the lights on), they don’t make your bed at all (which was very odd to me), and our room key wouldn’t work consistently (we had to get a new one 3-4 times).”
