“When making reservations I always compare prices. If the hotel site is the least expensive I use it. Otherwise, I prefer Expedia because you accumulate credit AND you are able to cancel up until 24 hours in advance of your stay. Frequently hotels charge extra to reserve a cancellable room. This hotel is very nice BUT they let us know at check-in that they were not happy that we used Expedia to make a reservation. I felt like a child being scolded for doing something bad. It was embarrassing!”

“Constructive feedback: The communication was poor prior to our stay, but when we reached out needing basic essentials like TP and trash bags the 1st full day there, we got a timely response. The pool table isn't level as there is a huge crack in the side. Not as much fun to play on when the balls roll constantly. “They did not have an electric car charger. I was told I would have to cancel 72 hours ahead of time. They stuck me in a handicap room and said they could not change it. ”
