“Everything was great, but this was my first time trying citizenM breakfast and, and tbh I don’t think it’s worth it. They offer a decent amount of fruits / pastries / yogurts in addition to the main breakfast items (mostly breakfast sandwiches), but I thought the main breakfast items themselves were not that good. I don’t think the $22 / day price is justified unless you have kids maybe AND you know for certain you’ll use the breakfast every day of the stay. Also I wish the breakfast was...

“Good breakfast, nice room. My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning. There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway. Gym ok You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before. I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”

“Great modern property. It’s located conveniently next to corps like HP and has great views of the water! The staff was very friendly and had no problems accommodating our late check in. The breakfast had mostly standard selections with rotating specials like chicken biscuit sliders. Overall it was a great room for the price and availability we needed and will definitely book again if we are in the area!”

“I was here because of my wife’s surgery at Stanford. It wasn’t too far. I was not able to check in at 3 and they said the lobby will be open 24 hours so my check in was 11pm and they didn’t give my room away. Ok complimentary breakfast nothing special. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable ”

“Very nice and updated hotel. Also convenient walk to the Shore Line Amphitheatre where our family attended a concert. When we returned, our A/C in the room was not functioning properly. We called the front desk and told them about the issue. Withing 10 minutes they already had another room for us. The employee brought up the new room key and assisted with our bags. We will be staying here again.”

“The hotel room was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and responsive. The breakfast that was provided each morning was welcome and a nice start to the day. We felt taken care of during this visit and it made the time we spent in San Jose that much more enjoyable. It was a very nice facility.”
