“The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the young man at reception during check-in and the breakfast restaurant manager. However, the overall experience was average. The room for two was quite small and rather dark, although it was clean and nicely maintained. The bathroom is in the typical Malaysian style, so after showering the whole floor becomes wet. “he hotel is beautiful and just 2 km from the center of the city of Thana Rata, where you can visit the tea plantations, forests, plantations of strawberries and much more. The room was spacious and clean, you can enjoy the view from you room. The service was very good, the people would help you in every needs and they were very nice. The weather is quite rainy and chilly nights ago, so it is advisable to bring a sweater. In the city center is almost everything, I recommend!”
