“15時にチェックインとあるが部屋が準備できておらず1時間以上待たされた。準備ができても速やかに連絡も無く、非常に怠惰なフロントのスタッフでした。 部屋は清潔で眺めは素晴らしかった。”

“Great hotel. Close to the airport and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were really helpful and kindly us check in early. They even helped us join two separate bookings easily. There is a playground that you can access through the 4th floor. And a very large playground about 5 mins away from the hotel.
