“Schon beim Check-in waren wir begeistert: Wir wurden von einer unglaublich freundlichen jungen Mitarbeiterin empfangen und direkt mit einem speziellen Willkommensgetränk überrascht – ein rötliches Getränk aus einer regionalen Nuss (ich meine, sie nannte es etwas wie Chestnut). Allein dieser Empfang war schon etwas Besonderes. Das Zimmer war extrem sauber, luxuriös und modern. Besonders cool: die Dusche mitten im Raum mit einer riesigen Glaswand zum Zimmer hin. “As this was a special occasion for us, we received an upgrade and the room had a wonderful view. The hotel and its rooms has a very nice, elegant design. “- Friendly and helpful staffs (Reception and housekeeping). - Not sure whether my booking was entitled for breakfast or not. During checked-in i was told that include breakfast but our room was not in the list at the restaurant. - Very near to Kayu Original Nasi Kandar (walking distance). - Room is very big, spacious and clean. Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation. ”
