“Stanza pulitissima, personale molto cordiale”

“Room was dusty on arrival day. They made up with 2 times housekeeping following night stay. Accommodated baby cot request for young toddler. Amenities are on budget packaging, lack of premium given the high five star nightly rate. Only basic Dilmah tea & coffee. Super big room with sofa chair, balcany with seaview & bathtub. Facilities on pool & child friendly top notch.”

“Clean and well maintained furniture! Great job to all staff 👏 Keep up the good work.”

“Overall satisfied with my stay and brand new hotel.”

“room is normal and suitable for quick stays for work.”

“We stayed for 4 days enjoying the kind and thoughtful hospitality provided by Brendan Hamid and Hamada. The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. We stayed in a large room on the ground floor which was spotless. The views from the balcony of Georgetown and Butterworth were wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Penang Hill...

“Overall experience good.Wasn’t allocated sea view room.Could have provided more cooking utensils.”

“This is one of the most magical places to stay. I’m so happy we got to enjoy this unique property and the incredible service.”

“Bed was comfy! Location is very convenient as there are bus stops, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. 1 thing tho we finished our glass bottle of water in the room but it was not refilled the next day. Probably need to request for it to be refilled. ”
