They have western as well as local food selection in their restaurant menu. the hotel also have great spa, gym and pool facility. “Amazing magic in Penang Hills! Loved this place and its environment! Stayed in Jasmine villa, which as a bonus surprise actually does include a karaoke set like the other villas — once we exhausted the 100 English songs available, we just looked up our own songs using WiFi. :) Free pick up/ drop off by hotel from airport is only 2pm and 4pm, getting this information from management was a bit more difficult than it needed to be so here it is. Otherwise, airport is 40rm, Georgetown 80rm, Batu...

“Die schwierige Anfahrt (unbefestiger Waldweg) hat sich gelohn. Wir haben das Resort die ganze Zeit über nicht verlassen und das Ambiente genossen. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und wurden perfekt umsorgt. Das Frühstück wurde uns in die Lodge geliefert. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Sogar frisches Obst wurde geschnitten gereicht. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie eine Lordschaft im alten England. Perfekt.”

“You would be lucky if you can even check in. There is no front desk and the property management do not pick up calls or respond to text or messages. They do not even email or send you any details. Book at your own risk! And have a contingency plan if you are not able to check in.”

“I booked this property 2 days earlier.. Then the day we going to check in the operator/agent for this unit only call us at 2 pm (check in at 3pm) and want to divert us from this unit to other unit far from Balik Pulau.. We arrived they at 3pm then he ask us to wait for 5 minutes.. After 30 minutes I call and he ask me to wait for another 1 hour.. Then this operator/agent ask us to wait for 1 hour for him to check either got any option.. At last after 5 pm only he told us he can't find another...

“ I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security .”

“A beautiful and quaint resort nearby the airport. Check in was prompt and the staffs were very accommodating. My villa is spacious and aptly decorated. Was informed that the Resort is under new management only re-opened in February 2019 and still has ongoing restoration but most of it is already in excellent condition. It is a great place to stay for relax and enjoy the natural beauty.”
