“Room was not small, not big, just right. I am a solo traveller, but the room is big enough for 2 people. Clean and comfortable. Blockout curtains and no noise from the street or from inside the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free drinking water station provided so you can refill your bottle, or you can purchase bottled water from reception (as well as other drinks, snacks, travel adaptors etc.) Free iron provided in common area. “Location is great view from room sensational. Breakfast reasonable quality cost was ok. Bathroom tiles had mould and toilet did not flush properly. Shower was in need of replacement not better than leaking hose tied to pole. House keeping forgot towels had to contact staff 3 times to get towels at 9:30 pm”
