“Breakfast was very busy, floor Staff a bit chaotic and the place was dirty. The young staff at Sigi’s were just wonderful, friendly, so pleasant and accomodating but the older staff a bit rude-disappointing to see. Security on grounds were lovely as were the guys in Lobby.”

“Got a room that was supposed to have sea view but we only got the horizon part as the lower view was obscured by another block (but only 2 storey). Apart from the above, Lone Pine is a superb resort for those who love basking under the shades of tropical trees and pines too, has well maintained and clean facilities, enjoying the serenity of Batu Ferringhi. Food (breakfast) and drinks were very good too. The play room has large TV screen and we actually stayed up till 1am to watch Champions'...

“My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. We liked this hotel very much. The staff were excellent. We had a spacious suite on the 11th floor. The pool was nice ( nicer without the pop music ). It was a nice place to come for relaxation. Only negative was the beach . We want to come back to this Doubletree again anyway because the staff was so welcoming , nice room, pool, and good price. Thank you! ”

“Staff were welcoming and helpful. Standout lady was Kha Mun, efficient and remembered details about us ( hopefully because we were nice! ), fun and so professional. "Struttura situata una ottima posizione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia la struttura non è 4 stelle sia per lo stato di manutenzione che per la pulizia (come moquette nei corridoi sporca, il pavimento in camera mai aspirato e le pulizie quotidiane della camera discrete - si sono anche dimenticati di rimetterci gli asciugamani, scarico del bagno lentissimo a ricaricarsi, tv con solo 3 canali funzionanti). La colazione è a la cart con una selezione di piatti fissi tra cui scegliere ma non è a buffet come nelle foto. "
