“We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Ascott Gurney Penang. The hotel offers great amenities, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. “Location is great view from room sensational. Breakfast reasonable quality cost was ok. Bathroom tiles had mould and toilet did not flush properly. Shower was in need of replacement not better than leaking hose tied to pole. House keeping forgot towels had to contact staff 3 times to get towels at 9:30 pm”
