“Staff fantastic, hotel quite dated, but excellent breakfast. No mention of the rooftop bar being closed for renovation! We were looking forward to that. Our room was not clean - dust on a lot of surfaces and the fridge-freezer desperately needed de-icing. We had to keep asking for things like soap, towels, and toilet paper as there wasn't enough.
