“Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food.”

“First: We didn't stay at the Royal Cottage, instead we were moved to: The Royal Retreat Villas. So this feedback may be a bit misleading for this hotel! We were supposed to stay at a Royal Cottage where there was no staff to check us in when we arrived. We waited for about an hour before they arrived and told us we would be staying at their other location (Royal Retreat Villas) - (during that time, we had tried contacting them both via WhatsApp and through Hotels.com).
