Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the villa during their stay. This includes all three bedrooms, the kitchenette and dining area, the private garden, private pool and loungers, and the private parking spot for your scooter. The property is easily accessible and located within the Mizu Homes estate, alongside its sister villas.



The Neighborhood:

MIZU is set on a quiet hillside, away from the busiest parts of the island. Beaches, cafes and restaurants and the main areas of Nusa Lembongan are still only a short ride away. For most guests, a scooter or local driver is the easiest and most enjoyable way to explore the island.

Getting Around:

Nusa Lembongan can be reached by fast boat from Sanur in Bali. Boats run multiple times a day and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. After arrival at Jungutbatu Harbour the villa is only a short drive away. We can assist with arranging boat transfers or local transport if needed. Scooters are the most common way to explore the island, though private drivers are also available.

MIZU is not a beachfront villa and is intentionally located away from the busiest tourist strip. We recommend using a scooter or local driver to get around Nusa Lembongan comfortably.



The villa has a private swimming pool. Families travelling with young children should take this into consideration.



As with anywhere on Nusa Lembongan, roads, infrastructure and the sounds of daily island life can be different from what you may be used to at home.



Interaction with Guests:

MIZU is designed to give you the independence of a private home without having to organise everything yourself.



Wake up slowly, make a coffee and start the morning by the pool. Enjoy breakfast at the villa, head out for a surf, spend the day at the beach or explore the island, then return to the privacy and calm of MIZU.



Your butler is your main point of contact throughout the stay, available to help with local recommendations and arrange experiences around the island. If you would prefer not to go anywhere at all, MIZU works just as well for a slow afternoon by the pool.



Our team is close by when you need us, while giving you complete privacy when you don't.
