“Great communication throughout. Perfect space for the family to stay and explore the KC area. A couple of small maintenance issues, but they were addressed promptly and only marginally impacted our stay.”

“Asked for a broom because our room was dirty. They said they would bring us one and never did. Not impressed. Their was garbage left in the closet. ”

“When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor. I just left it alone, I didn’t want to switch rooms again. They stated in the app that they served breakfast, they did not. I will not stay in another Motel...

“The room was not clean. Very dirty floor. Looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a long time. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not much to write home about.”
