“Old and lots of issues…you get what you pay for i guess. My stay at the Super 8 in Gardner was by far much better, cleaner and a much friendlier staff.”

Only downside was that you have to pay for breakfast even though it was very comparable to standard continental breakfast we’ve had included at other hotels. Kids were free though so that helped.”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked through Expedia and pre-paid. This was a mistake I will not make again. When we arrived, the room was dirty and the place is very run down. We were not going to be there much, so I was going to make it work. We returned to the hotel after a World Cup soccer match around midnight. There was a dog barking in the room next door, and the owner of the dog was not there. The entire hallway smelled of marijuana. There were scary people walking in...

“Room was very hot, never cooled below mid to upper seventies. Low quality in general, e. g. Toilet seat was cheap plastic, poorly installed. No ventilation and no functioning exhaust fan in bathroom.”

“Disgusting run with roaches and staff was pointless. They lie and do the opposite of what was paid for and asked of.”

“There was mold in the tiny bathroom they had. Room was small. Elevator didn’t work. The pool looked nasty. Gym has three pieces of equipment in it.”

“I stayed one night there ,next day when I get out ,someone break into my truck tried to steal it. I asked the front desk about footage. they told me security cameras is not working. It's really bad area a lot of homeless people walking around.”

“The staff was very nice, loved the free breakfast provided. The room itself was very clean, air conditioning was nice. I think the renovations could have been a bit better. For example, the tubs obviously weren't replaced but reglazed and they are chipping badly, stains on them. The sink you could see the glue, just small things like that add up to poor execution to what would be an otherwise adorable place to stay.”
