“At check in the gentleman with longer hair barely even looked up at us. Once in our room we discovered yellow crusty stuff on our bed. We let the front desk know and said that we would be out for a while and would like it to be addressed before we got back. Over 4 hours later when we returned it was still there. We went back to the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman with a beard and glasses that we had brought the problem to earlier. He told us housekeeping was gone for the day now and...

“Old hotel that’s needs to be updated, terrible elevator set up - guests constantly waiting for several minutes. Specifically as it pertains to the parking garage. Location and staff were really good.”

“Our room was very nice. We had one minor issue which was resolved quickly. We really enjoyed the proximity of the lobby bar and roof top bar. Both of these were excellent. We will stay here again. Staff was great.”

“We had a wonderful time. Great communication ahead of stay. Loved the property and the common area amenities. The only downside for me was I like dark rooms when I sleep and the windows only had sheer curtains and the street lights are on outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”
