“The room was not clean. Very dirty floor. Looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a long time.
The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was not much to write home about.”

“When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor. I just left it alone, I didn’t want to switch rooms again. They stated in the app that they served breakfast, they did not. I will not stay in another Motel...
