“Hot tub water is Not hot enough at all time ”

“Lovely place by the river with hot Spingarn bath in each room, with view over the river and mountains. Room is simple but has everything necessary. Bed is comfortable. Highly recommending to get to main town for waterfall and dining (20mins on bus or taxi), and Neidong waterfalls are very beautiful too. Pro: Remote and Peaceful, nice hot spring bath tub, good view. Cons: Remote. There was no free bus shuttle from or to airport, so this shall be removed from website. Hotel answered that I...

“お部屋は川沿いでお風呂も大変良いお湯で良かったです。大浴場も広くて開放的な露天風呂が良かったです。スタッフとのコミュニケーションで大失敗をしてしまいました。帰りの駅までの送迎バスの時刻で15分発を50分発と聞き間違えました。メモで確認をすれば良かったです。電話をしたと言われましたが着信はなく、その他の面でも顧客側に寄り添う意識は世界基準の四つ星と同等かと問われると少し疑問も残りました。お食事は美味しかったです。”

“Pros: Fresh and healthy food at dinner and breakfast, very relaxing area. Cons: The sleeping zone with no mattress nor bed is way too uncomfortable and the aircon in the rooms too old and noisy. Almost no internet in the room.”

“Location is great! The owner kindly allowed me to check in a little early. The room itself was very clean, modern and well-appointed. Unfortunately, shortly after unpacking, I noticed what looked like a bug coming out from under the pillow. This made me uncomfortable, so I chose to sleep in the shower and decided not to stay for the second night.”

“The bath tub that can be filled with the hot spring water was very nice to enjoy after our daughter went to bed. We enjoyed the breakfast and drink options, and the playroom next door. If you're not a local, the staff couldn't speak English, but one of us could communicate in Mandarin so we were fine. We would recommend to other families with young children.”
