“We had such a great stay at Shark Reef Motel. It was honestly the cleanest and best motel we’ve ever stayed in. You can tell the staff truly care—they were constantly out making sure everything was spotless and well-kept. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. “Checking in a small child was on a tablet while mom did laundry. Got checked in and went to eat and explore the area. Our room was very dated. I watched some tv and noticed several baby cockroaches climbing up the bedside table. I woke my husband and his foot landed right next to a larger one. We packed up. “The location was convenient a boardwalk away from the beach. No crowds. 3 big pools (1 was heated-ish). The house was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. The property is a little dated, but the location overcame that. Would have loved to see it in its prime.
