“Ambiente pulito e silenzioso ”

“Camera pulita e completa ,colazione proprio al limite per non dire che non c'era niente, struttura datata in tutti gli ambienti e odore di vecchio sia in camera che in tutto il resto dell'hotel,comunque per il prezzo pagato ci sta.”

“Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day...

“I have no complaints except you had to be a member to get the free gift bag with the water and chips but the receptionist was nice and gave it to me anyway. The staff was nice and courteous from beginning to the end of our stay. The bartender made excellent drinks. Rooms and property very clean”

“This is the 3rd time I have stayed there, and the elevator is still not fixed. This is very inconvenient for many of your working guests who need to leave in a timely manner but must wait for a single elevator.”
