“Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day.
This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather...

“Very chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. Spa is very good, with good jacuzzi, nice little pool and good sauna and Hamman. Breakfast was also good, a mixture of everything; bacon and eggs, hard boiled if you want. Plenty of cereal, yoghurts, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, and plenty of pastries and different types of bread. The rooms were cozy, with nice...

“Am enchanted place just a few hundred meters outside of Chamonix. The room was big and comfortable, with a very nice terrace. The place was incredibly silent and immersed in the forest, nearby a roaring river. ”

“The hot tub and terrace were gorgeous. Apartment was spacious and clean.
Just a side note, the upper floor is designed for kids/juniors and it may be difficult to be used by tall adults. Great location just next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is also an washer/drier but it is in the basement of the next building, you have to ask for it.”

“Very charming and well cared for boutique hotel with a nice Spa - able to book for an hour (so never crowded). Beautiful patio, and terrace with our room. Had a very comfortable 4 night stay. Went skiing and hiking- lots of options. For dining and shopping just check opening days/hours. ”

“This was a very nice surprise. The hotel is in a wonderful location, the room had a fantastic view, the restaurant was excellent and the personnel super kind and efficient. We were there with a grandson, plus occasionally a granddaughter, plus an elderly dog, and everybody was helpful and smiling. Highly recommended.”

No fridge but in vacation you can survive without .
The only issue is the missing air conditioner, I know in mountain location is no need but this year in August was really hot and in the apartment as well.”

I suggest to renovate a bit the room, removing the fitted carpet and cut the weeds in the outdoor area of the ground floor rooms.
Some clients charged the breakfast to our room, I hope by mistake, but the reception was nice to trust in us.”

Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare la stanza poiche si sentiva un forte odore di vernice, ci hanno subito accontentati dandoci una stanza di livello superiore.

"No trovo normale che ti bloccano sulla carta 200€dí cauzione quando in più non c’è il frigo bar in camera e poi ti dicono che la cauzione ti sarà sbloccata tra 2/3 giorni perché hanno 250 camere e non possono verificare se hai fatto danni .. sconsiglio questo hotel di festaioli se poi il tuo viaggio continuerà per "
"Localização perfeita, no centro da cidade. Hotel e instalações antigas, mas tudo muito limpo. Funcionários e serviços muito simpáticos e prestativos. Máquina com café, chocolate e chá gratuitos também é um ponto positivo. Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Recomendamos e voltaremos em breve."
"L'hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta, vicinissimo alla strada principale di Courmayeur dove si trovano i negozi e i locali e a pochissimi passi dalla funivia. Abbiamo prenotato una camera vista montagna ma non avrei mai immaginato una vista simile, a dir poco mozzafiato. L'hotel non è super moderno ma pulito e in perfetto stile "montagna". Avevamo la mezza pensione e la cena era super abbondante, servita al tavolo.
Il personale super cordiale.

"Ottima posizione: vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, alla funivia per il ghiacciaio e al centro.
Pernottato solo una notte non saprei dire per altri servizi . Colazione a buffet con una discreta scelta fra dolce e salato. "
"L’hotel è ubicato a pochi metri dal centro pertanto è comodo ed è l’ideale per poter visitare il paese e viverlo anche di notte. La camera, pur rispecchiando la tipologia rappresentata nelle foto, era molto più vecchia e vissuta. Sicuramente le immagini non sono recenti. Colazione discreta. Personale gentile e disponibile."
